MEP Engineer and MEP Technician Recruitment at Trieu Minh Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.

To support our business expansion and the implementation of multiple Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces, Trieu Minh Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for several full-time positions. 1. MEP Engineer – Electrical Design / Site Engineer

Quantity: 2 Positions

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop design drawings for electrical and ELV systems, as well as Shop Drawings for construction.
  • Prepare material quantity take-offs (BOQ), material procurement lists, and assist in material management at project sites.
  • Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on schedule and meets quality requirements.
  • Review and update as-built drawings and perform other engineering tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prepare design drawings or Shop Drawings.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive working attitude, and willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Salary and Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranging from VND 15 million to VND 25 million, depending on qualifications and experience.

2. MEP Technician (Electrical & Plumbing)

Quantity: 10 Positions

Job Responsibilities

  • Install electrical, plumbing, water supply and drainage, HVAC, and other MEP systems at project sites.
  • Perform assigned tasks under the supervision of the Site Manager or Team Leader.
  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations while maintaining construction quality standards.

Requirements

  • Candidates with experience in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing installation are preferred.
  • Applicants without prior experience are welcome to apply and will receive professional training from the company.
